There is parking on the street outside the warehouse. Parking may be limited on the street depending on the time you visit. You are welcome to use the carpark labelled 13, or directly in front of our warehouse if your visit will be a quick one. Please do not park in any other numbered parking space.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note that we have a no change of mind policy. Once an order has been placed and processed, we cannot accept any changes, cancellations, or returns, except in cases where the product is faulty.

We strongly advise you to review your order carefully before completing the checkout process. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please contact us prior to placing your order, and we will be happy to assist you.

We pride ourselves in our fast turnaround and your order is likely to be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 hours after you have placed it.
